Meet a small but bustling business that’s been churning out high-quality products and services for decades. While their business was a model of efficiency, their office was anything but inspiring. The office space was more like a forgotten corner with a dusty flooring and old-stylish walls. Frustrated by the lack of productivity and inspiration in that part of their workplace, the company decided it was time for an office renovation.
Project Challenges
Dated Aesthetics – The space was stuck in the past, with outdated wallpaper and worn-out carpeting, creating a dreary atmosphere.
Employee Motivation – The uninspiring environment was leading to reduced employee engagement, morale, and creativity.
Space Utilization – The space of the room foreseen as an office was very compact, and they needed to maximize its utility.

Planning and 3D Design
In collaboration with our interior design partner Bespoke xDesign, we kick-started the project with a total makeover, delivering to the client a visual 3D plan of the new office. A project determined to boost employee motivation and efficiency, and their team were quite enthusiastic with the new plan.
Declutter and Organize
The first step was a massive decluttering operation. The company officials sorted through their belongings and purged unnecessary items. Then together with our team, company employees organized cables and gadgets with cable management solutions.
Vibrant Aesthetics
The renovation commenced with a visual overhaul. The old white walls were renovated and replaced with fresh and vibrant combination of blue navy and grey paint giving the office a more contemporary feel.
Ergonomic Office
Keeping the budget in mind and understanding the importance of comfort, we proposed affordable, space-saving desk and ergonomic chair to prioritize employee comfort. We took care also of material procurement and installation.
Personalized Decor
To infuse the space with personality, we decorated the office with business oriented documents mounted into the office walls and some aesthetic paintings. We also added a corkboard for keeping notes and reminders.
Efficient Storage and Lightning
We designed smart storage solutions like shelves and under-desk organizers to declutter the office and keep their office essentials within easy reach. We also added blue LED lights to reduce eye strain and create cozy contemporary atmosphere.
Final Outcome
The transformation was remarkable. The company now boasts a modern and inviting office space. The revitilized office energized employees, resulting in increased engagement and creativity. Ergonomic upgrades made for a more comfortable work environment. We achieved to transform their cluttered corner room into a comfortable haven.
