Project Challenges
The project foresaw a design, remodel, and rebuild of a master bathroom that would temporarily disrupt the daily routine of the homeowner. Additionally, this bathroom needed a complex plumbing and electrical system that involved making changes to structural elements such, as walls and plumbing configurations.
The bathroom was not in cohesion with the home design and achieving the desired aesthetic appeal required very careful planning and attention to detail. Another important factor was the tight timeline and coordination of our in-house experts, such as plumbers, tilers, and electricians that had to work seamlessly to avoid delays.

Bathroom Remodeling Implementation
Together with the homeowner, we agreed that the only way to move forward was to demo to the studs and start from scratch. Our team of designers outlined a plan that included a VR presentation of the newly remodeled bathroom, color palette, fixtures, materials to be used, and the option of material procurement (for which the homeowner opted-in immediately due to space limitations in his home and surroundings).
Functionality is at the core of our approach, therefore we optimized the layout of the bathroom to maximize the use of available space while enhancing practicality.
We took the bathroom down to four walls so we can build it back up again. Our skilled craftsmen handled every aspect of the remodel, from demolition and waste removal to plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, and all other bathroom fixtures work. The project lasted 4 weeks and our team provided regular updates and maintained open communication with the homeowner, ensuring that all his preferences were incorporated at every step.
